The story behind Vertex
Ashley's career began with a major UK energy supplier, where he built experience across customer service, billing, complaints, operational processes, sales and account management — the full energy journey, not simply the point of sale.
He later moved into commercial energy brokerage, where his responsibilities expanded further to include CRM development, compliance, sales processes, staff training, supplier integrations, reporting, automation and technology. Vertex Utility Group was created to bring that breadth of experience to both households and businesses under one roof.
